Step 1 ~ You will fill out a comprehensive questionnaire that will help me understand who you are and what you are looking for. It will also help me understand what has worked for you in the past and where things have fallen apart so we can try to avoid a mismatch of needs going forward.
Step 2 ~ I will go through my application list to see if I think we have a match. I’ll then narrow the list to three people and we will hop on a call to discuss which person feels best. Once we feel like we have a top choice, I’ll coordinate an introduction via text, email, or social media.

Step 3 ~ Once we have a top match, we will discuss what the first date should look like. At this point, I’ll talk to both of you – separately – to see what you’d like to do. After talking, I’ll curate the date. I’ll send you a meeting time and location, and a first name.
Step 4 ~ A post date debrief. I’ll check in with you both to see how it went. If a second date is on the table, I’ll let you both take it from there. If a second date is not on the table, we will talk about whether you’d like to explore a connection with the other two in your top three. If we need to go back to the drawing board, we will go back to the drawing board.

I have lived in a lot of different places and like to think I am empathetic, patient, and open to diverse experiences. I’ll read your application with care. We will have a conversation. I am not talking about qualifications or looks (though if this is important to you, we can talk about it!). I mean that I have high standards when it comes to kindness and authenticity. Intentions are everything.
